NEXDOC: Printing Health Certificates

Modified on Mon, 9 Jun at 3:07 PM

Summary

This page describes how Health Certificates are managed in Prodoc for NEXDOC submissions.  This information applies only to the scenario where the Certificate Required Location is set to the Exporter’s client ID (i.e. the certificate is to be printed by the exporter).

RFP Certificates Home Screen panel

When a certificate is received from NEXDOC, it will be added to the RFP Certificates Home Screen panel.  Only unprinted certificates appear in the list.

RFP Certificates panel

This panel shows the Exporter Ref, the EDN and RFP/REX Numbers and the Certificate Number, as well as the date the certificate was downloaded.

Printing certificates

You can select one or more certificates by clicking at the left end of the row (hold Ctrl to select additional rows or hold Shift to select a range) and then right clicking and choosing Print.

Printing two health certificates

For NEXDOC certificates you will be presented with a mandatory declaration.  These requirements are from NEXDOC and agreeing to them is a requirement for printing your own certificates:

Choose I Agree to print, or Cancel to return.

Upon making the required declaration you will be prompted to choose a printer to use for printing all of the selected certificates.  These will then be printed.

Printed certificates disappear from the list and cannot be printed again:

RFP History entries

As a REX is lodged, completed and printed these actions (along with any notifications) will be recorded in History:

In the above example the COMPLETED status is received immediately, and when the notification for certificate readiness and EDN are received these appear.  The certificate being printed is recorded in History.

Viewing the certificate in Prodoc

If you open the RFP you can view the associated certificate from the Forms screen.
