Summary
NEXDOC allows a REX to be forwarded from one EDI user to another. It does not appear to be possible to do this using the NEXDOC web UI so this is for software users only.
The existing owner of the REX can forward it to a new owner. This does not change the identified Exporter, but changes which EDI user is able to work on the REX. The new EDI user must pull the REX into their own software to continue.
Forwarding a REX
Introduction
The REX Ownership Service can be used to forward an REX. All that is required is the REX number and the new Client Group (the short code, not the full ID).
Optionally you can choose to require an acceptance of the forward, and instruct NEXDOC to hold the forward until the REX has achieved a specific status.
Forwarding using Prodoc
In Prodoc this is done using the REX FORWARD EDI message.
In the above example REX6000252517 will be forwarded to Client Group CGAX46405 once the REX reaches FINAL status. The forward requires acceptance.
The UI for choosing the options is found in the Details screen:

When sent, the result is written to History. It should either show a meaningful error or CLOSED_ACCEPTED which indicates the Forward was successful.
