Update 04/03/2026 2:00pm - Chamber have confirmed the issue was resolved overnight and submissions from today should go through OK.
Update 04/03/2026 11:05am - it appears that the Chamber's system is now sending responses to submissions. We have not received any update from Chamber on this.
We recommend sending again if your submissions received no response yesterday.

We are aware that some customers are having issues sending to NZ Chambers of Commerce as of 3rd March. This has been reported to the Chamber who have confirmed the issue appears to be on their side.
The issue results in no response to emails sent out to the ecertdirect@ecertify.com, with nothing coming back to either the Prodoc mailbox or to the signatory.
We are awaiting advice from Auckland Business Chamber on what steps are required to resume service. It is unclear at this time whether responses are delayed or whether resubmission will be required.
