We have been made aware of an issue amending Phytosanitary Certificate requests via the new Trade Certification system. It appears that all requests are being treated as new submissions, even if they reference an existing certificate reference.
This is being discussed with MPI to understand the change and how to manage it. In the meantime, we recommend that you do not try to amend requests by resubmitting from Prodoc as this will generate a second certificate request at the MPI end.
For any amendments, please use the MPI Digital Front End (i.e. the website), select your original request and use the Edit request button to make your changes. then review and resubmit.
