We are aware of an issue with E-Original Meat Board certificates being issued to Prodoc without the required signature at the bottom of the certificate. This is not an expected behaviour of the new system and the NZMB team and their partners are investigating.
New Zealand Meat Board will send out correctly signed replacements for the affected certificates via email in bulk to generic email addresses for each exporter/quota holder. For submissions 3rd to 5th November the replacement should be received on Friday 6th. Quota certificate requests submitted on Friday 6th November will not be issued until Monday 9th.
